Order & Shipping Processing
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sunday or public holidays. Gaming PC orders placed on Friday will be shipped for Saturday delivery with DPD. All other items will be delivered on the next business day.
- If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
- If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
- Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all domestic orders.
- Next-Day Delivery: Place your order by 3:00 PM Monday - Friday, and we will prepare your system for next working day delivery.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order contains your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
International Shipping Policy:
- We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

Please note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

What if I received a damaged or incorrect item?

How are high-value items handled for returns?
For items valued over £80, we recommend using a priority return service to ensure the security and prompt processing of your return. What if I don’t want to use a non-priority Royal Mail return label?
We understand that you may prefer not to use a non-priority Royal Mail return label for high-value items. In such cases, please contact our customer support team (support@drmem.com) and request the item to be collected via DPD or request for a tracked returns label. This will ensure that your return is tracked and prioritised.
